US Land Map v 2.0

New in v 2.0 version:
(*) Changed the shape of several fields
(*) Changes in terrain
(*) Added crops and ground textures
(*) Added a lot of trees. More than 400 are best suited did to the map. There are new and more older trees
(*) Supplementing grass in some places. The removal unneeded objects
(*) Now no errors in the log
